The protection of your personal data which is collected during your visit of your website is a major concern for us. Your personal data is used in strict accordance with German data protection laws. 1. Data gathering and processing

Each access to our website and the retrieval of data contained herein will be recorded. The storage of data serves for internal system related and statistical purposes. Additionally, the IP addresses of the requesting computers are recorded.

2. Use and passing on of personal data

All personal data provided by you will only be used to answer your requests, to handle the contracts concluded with you and for technical administration.

Your personal data will only be passed on to a third party when this proves to be necessary for contract handling, i. e. especially the passing on of order data to a supplier, when it is necessary for billing or in case you gave your prior consent. You can withdraw your consent for future actions at any time.

In case you withdraw your consent for the recording of your personal data, the already recorded data will be deleted immediately. The same applies when we do not need the data anymore to fulfill the purpose the data was once collected for or if recording of your data shall prove to be illegal.

3. Right to information

On written request we will gladly submit all data which we collected from you.
